The only reminder of stibnite is the shape of the quartz columns. Antimony minerals are not present anymore. The quartz is greenish white on the interior with yellowish white exterior. The surface is fine crystalline. The tip of the largest column is reattached (last picture). The first two pictures show the specimen in unaltered state without the tip.

Purple transparent xls with deep purple, multiply stepped edges that give the xls a rounded appearance. Note the purple texture when looking at the interior of the xls (see picture). The jagged appearance is from growth irregularities, not from damages! The rear sides of the specimen are covered with small purple fluorite xls. The fluorite appears at first glance like a specimen from De An, it is however NOT etched out from matrix.
